PLEASE NOTE: Repackaged watch oils cannot be returned! The vintage watches can be returned during 14 days of purchase.

As each piece is thoughtfully selected and prepared, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

We kindly encourage you to review your order before completing your purchase.

We take great care in packaging your order, however, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include: 

• Your order number 

• Clear photos of the damaged item 

• Photos of the packaging 

Once we receive your message, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find the best possible solution for you.
